    I went in there twice looking for boots, the first time i received no customer service! No hello, no smile nothing! The second time i finally had a gentleman ask if i needed help and was actually walking around the store, which was nice compared to the 3 female employees that were standing behind the counter talking that did not even acknowledge me (i walked by there more then once!) I am not sure what has happened to customer service at payless but it has gone down hill.
